Rev. Johnson Asare is a prominent social worker, pastor and entrepreneur known for his dedication to community service and education.

He earned a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Missiology from the Philippines Baptist Theological Seminary between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that he obtained a Diploma in Pastoral Studies from Maranatha University College in Accra, and completed his secondary education at Obuasi Secondary Technical School. In recognition of his contributions to humanity and leadership he was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Humanity from Oracle Christian Theological University in April 2021, followed by an honorary Doctor of Excellence in International Business Leadership from the European Digital University in July 2022.

He began his career as a science teacher at Nuriya Islamic School in Tamale before founding Markaz Al Bishara, where he serves as National Director. In 2000 he established Radach Lodge Conference Centre, which has become a key venue for events in the region, and in 2009 he founded Bishara Radio 97.7 FM.

Throughout his life Rev. Asare has demonstrated a profound commitment to uplifting those around him through education, faith and social work, leaving a lasting legacy in Tamale and beyond.

Mr. Labrine Braimah is a highly accomplished insurance professional with over a decade of extensive experience in the industry. His career encompasses a diverse range of managerial roles through which he has developed profound expertise in customer service, underwriting, and the implementation of sales strategies.

A chartered insurance professional and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (ACIIG), he holds an Executive MBA (CEMBA) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and completed his foundational education at the University for Development Studies in Tamale.

His work experience spans technical, client service and managerial functions within both the life and non-life insurance sectors as well as the brokerage arena, including roles at Quality Insurance Company (QIC), Quality Life Assurance Company (QLAC), Regency Alliance Insurance and RegencyNem Insurance Company Limited.

Under his leadership, Synergy Insurance Brokers Limited is poised to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Isabella Gbene is a dedicated insurance professional with a robust educational background and valuable experience in the insurance industry. As a chartered insurance professional and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (ACIIG), she exemplifies a commitment to excellence and professional development.

She holds a Master's degree in Insurance and Business Continuity from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Innovation Communication from the University for Development Studies in Tamale.

Prior to her current role as Chief Operations Officer she worked as Tamale Branch Manager at Loyalty Insurance Company Ltd, where her leadership was instrumental in enhancing the company's presence in the northern region of Ghana.

She is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships, positioning her as a valuable asset in the industry.
